Claire Baker

I have 22 years experience of working with young people and adults in a guidance capacity in schools, private industry and further education. I am a fully qualified careers guidance professional and hold a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development. I am passionate about the work as I get great job satisfaction from supporting young people to make well informed, realistic decisions about their future based on their own skills, strengths, interests and abilities. Each student will get a dedicated appointment to see me on a 1-2-1 basis where we can talk about their post 16 options to ensure they make an informed decision about their future. I am based in school every Wednesday. If you would like an appointment, please see Mrs Rogers/Miss Lovatt. Alternatively, visit me in your break or lunchtime.
