Destinations Data 2025 - Print Version

Report compiled by Jack Wright (Associate Assistant Headteacher / Lead for CEIAG 2025)

Context

In the 2025 cohort there were 155 pupils on roll with one pupil counting in our final figures but had never actually attended Longridge High School. Out of the cohort of 155 which we are reporting data on, there were 76 (49%) male pupils and 79 females (51%). 30 (19%) were listed as SEND pupils (1 of which had an EHCP). 47 (30%) pupils of the year group were eligible for Pupil Premium funding.

All pupils received at least one interview with an independent career’s advisor. In addition, all PUP and SEND pupils had a review meeting with SLT and selected pupils received a further independent interview with our career’s advisor. All pupils are advised to apply for at least two colleges having received non-biased information from all of the local colleges and some training providers through way of assemblies, drop-in sessions at lunchtime, visits to the colleges at the end of year 10 and through the open events held by the colleges. Pupils also receive presentations from Apprenticeship providers to widen their understanding of this process and how to apply for Apprenticeships when they become available.
