On Wednesday 9th July, some of our amazing performing arts pupils took part in our Summer Soiree which saw a culmination of Music, Drama and Dance. Some of the highlights, to name a few included performances from two bands with some well known hits such as Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody and Hysteria by Muse. There were also a selection of songs performed from &Juliet the musical and Legally Blonde, all done with confidence and conviction. Finally there were many solo performance opportunities but a particular highlight was sisters Rhea and Yara performing the song For You, composed by Yara for piano and two voices.

As well as performing, we also welcomed the help of our student stage crew who were incredibly helpful at making sure that the show ran smoothly. From lighting and sound engineering to moving props and instruments. All performances were well received by a supportive audience and another enjoyable evening was had by all.
